Orders
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment using one of our secure payment options.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. Availability will be shown during checkout.
7. Do you offer free shipping?
We may offer free shipping on eligible orders and promotional campaigns. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
8. What is your return policy?
Eligible products can be returned within the applicable return period, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and meet our Return & Refund Policy requirements.

9. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within the specified return period by emailing hello@noryz.in with your order number and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
