Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at hello@noryz.in within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include:

- Photos of the damaged package or product (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and work toward a suitable resolution.
8. International Shipping
At this time, NORYZ does NOT offer international shipping.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout.
