Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration caused after delivery.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@noryz.in within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@noryz.in within 15 days of receiving your order. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@noryz.in.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Photos of the product packaging (if applicable)

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Products returned without prior approval

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, NORYZ will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost during transit.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
